SharePoint Developer

Qualifications

- 8 years of work experience minimum

- Experienced using PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, and the Office 365 platform to build full featured solutions using minimal code

- Proven work using SPFx modern SharePoint online webparts for features that aren't easy to build using configuration

- Experience with PnP libraries to call SharePoint and Office Graph APIs

- Understanding of React JS basics for SharePoint online webparts

- Nice to have:

• Understanding of code repositories, specifically git
• Experience with On Premises development
• Understanding of SharePoint Search and other O365 advanced concepts

Responsibilities

- Works effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members and customers

- Shares similar mentality as existing team members toward customer satisfaction and success

- Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work

- Is able to exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level project with minimal direction from a director or engagement manager

- Is able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors

- Can be called on to take a lead role in sales initiatives related to areas of technical expertise

We are looking for a SharePoint Developer to join our team in Washington DC. As a Developer on our team, you'll be responsible for the development and support activities to automate business processes for clients. You will also collaborate with process owners and business process design teams to identify automation opportunities.
